What makes it good?

-  6.5 meter gold plated mirror made up of 18 hexagonal segments

Why?

This gives the telescope a 25m(squared) collecting area, giving this telescope the largest collecting area in the world.

Who would find it good?

- Physicists 

Why?

Its a physicists passion to explore the unknown in our universe and the telescopes is built for that reason

Who wouldn't find it good?

- Amish people

Why?

Amish people do not agree with technology they are a religious group that do not use or condone technology.

What is it better than?

- Standard telescope

Why?

Standard telescopes looking from earth weather they cost £50 from Argos or the worlds best observatory the earths atmosphere blocks out a lot of what the universe has to offer.

it has the same purpose as an astronomer, to explore the universe

He is referred to as the master of the universe
