Concept boards, even just putting these boards together made me realise there were some changes to be made in my project, i feel my ideas and concept have benefited much more since doing this task.

Speaking from Experience
Final Development and Final designs for my book, i did not allow myself to have enough time to complete the second half of the book although i'm happier with the design, i still feel it needed more time put into it.

Speaking from Experience
finished designs for the first mock up book, using two colours to seperate both buildings, i'm not too sure about the two colours yet, i will be experimenting with more over the next week.
Speaking from Experience
Trying different ways of laying out information and such and trying different colours, i think im going to carry the maroon designs on and develop further from there.
Speaking from experience
Some Development ideas for the first few pages of my book, intro, screen print and screen print info. I like the idea of simple vectors but i feel i have already used them too much so im going to stick with images.
In Design Workshop: Yafet Bisrat
Here are some more layout designs i tried before settling on my final idea, i think i could have included more into it using some of his illustrations.
Speaking from experience
Concept -
i am hoping to persuade LCA's next group of first years to explore there potential in graphic design and also to inform them of different facilities around the college, such as screen printing, laser cutting, book binding etc.
Considerations,
I need to be aware of the time i have left, as i have started this project half way through the brief, i need to ensure the time i have is sufficient enough for me to design and bind a book.
Content -
The book will include information on departments located around college including, tutor names, room numbers, print prices, ink prices etc.
i am trying to make sure that by giving the first years all this information they will put it to use an explore different ways of presenting their final outcomes for briefs.
Method of Delivery -
I would like to design a book will all the information described above, i should have enough time to complete all the designs and bind the book for module deadline, however i will ensure i have at least a mock up design printed for our final crit.

Still experimenting with different layouts i think the images i'm using are influencing the design quite well, im going to look for other images i can play around with.
